Scope of Services. Through this Site, Dutch Painting markets and arranges Residential Painting, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Drywall Repair, Cabinet Painting, Fence Painting, Siding Installation, Siding Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Ownership. Dutch Painting (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Account Closure. Dutch Painting reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

As-Is Basis. https://dutchpaintingtx.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Dutch Painting makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dutch Painting's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Dutch Painting in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Dutch Painting from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.

Modifications. Dutch Painting may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
